Getting Back to MFP: Ready to end to Weight Yo-Yo Madness

Hey MFP friends. I'm ready to get back to MFP and get serious again. Not tracking is so-o-o NOT working. Here's a quick illustration.
On 3/11/13 I weighed 214 when I started with yourfitnesspal
7/25/13 - I weighed 187 at my lowest on myfitnesspal (must have been pretty serious with the tracking) -- I think I weighed around 185 when I graduated from high school
4/25/17 - I weighed 222.6 when I entered my weight in our WellSpan fitness tracking -- I believe this is my highest weight ever
8/7/17 I weighed 218 when I just re-started yourfitnesspal
