I feel for you. I've had it too, the antivert just knocks me out so I try not to use it. Have you tried the Canalith repositioning maneuvers?

No and this vertigo is because of a medication I started on (will not be continuing). Side effects were congestion (to the point where I couldn't breathe), a massive migraine that's only now letting up (even though I took this medication last night before I went to bed) and the severe vertigo.

I do sometimes get it from inner ear problems, so I will definitely look that up. Might also be something that helps my stepmother as hers is way worse than mine. Thanks!
