    Frustrated! Logging, working out, eating better... all of this for a week, yet get in the scale this morning to see it say I have GAINED .4 pounds!

    Supported... my husband has so far been a great support, even urging me to get my workout done yesterday. Told him my frustration this morning and he told me to just keep trying, it’ll work!

    Your husband is right so many things besides food can cause that gain..sodium,hormones, water weight..
