    Of course, in the early years when life was one big party.....
    ...... then came added responsibilities of adulting, parenthood, singledom with parenting, financial stress of the economic downturn....everything I put in my mouth was to numb the feelings of "I'm scared." Exercise would have been a better choice and fun too, as I was once an athlete.

    you cant win them all. everytime i see some overtop health freak makes me wonder why? so you can live over 80 and think about all the celery sticks youve consumed and all the carnitas you turned down :D ....
    die young but have fun or live forever and be boring -.-

    .....or die in a car accident.....I agree....life is to be enjoyed but there is moderation in everything. We who are on MFP understand that now. You can eat, drink whatever you want, just not everyday.
