3rd time is the charm..

Hi all, this is the third time I have tracked using mfp. I left the first time due to undereating and losing weight too fast. I left the second time due to over-exercising and losing weight too fast. This time I am determined to keep a healthy pace, and would love some likeminded support!
I am focusing mostly on eating habits for overall health and weight loss. My diary is open, but my diet is not great and I am trying to improve. (Right now someone brought cupcakes to work and they are sitting in front of me in the break room! I have not eaten one yet but the temptation is huge...)
I will comment and "like" posts and offer support. I would love to hear tips and learn from others experiences and offer my insights when I have them. Would anyone like to join me in the quest to improve their diet?
