Losing it and Lovin' Life

Since I started tracking my nutrition again with FitnessPal, I lost 8 lbs in three weeks. This morning I was able to pull a pair of pants off of the "too tight" rack in my closet and wear them to work. I look forward to being able to return all of those cute clothes to my usable wardrobe. Small changes really do make a huge difference. I just need to be patient as I stay on this path and wait to get back to my comfortable size. No crash diets, just eating what I want in smaller portions and exercising when I can. This is such an exciting journey. I'm lovin' it! I praise God for the joy I'm feeling. I can do this. It's really not so bad. Why did I put it off for so long. Thank you FitnessPal for making it easy.

    Great job! It is easy if you just follow the plan - slow and steady will get you there.
