I'm here for a number of reasons, I was recently diagnosed with Gastritis due to alcohol/ coffee & general poor diet. (2 days after turning 40 I might add

    Mmm I love coffee and like to indulge in a drink too. So does that mean you're cutting back? How had gastritis affected you?
