FINDING IT HARD TO EAT

Hi guys and girls i have just started my food/exercise diary today i have actually been exercising since last Thursday and when i filled out my food/ exercise dairy it said that i wasn't eating enough calories. I am not a big eater and am finding it hard to eat enough I love fruit and vegetables so i eat allot of those but obviously i don't eat enough fat I don't know

build your macros.....Carbs,fat,protein etc...
Veggies are great but it's hard to raise calories on veggies...
Fruits are super but too much will bust your sugar level and make it harder for you to lose weight etc...(if that's your goal).
You need good fat,carbs and protein (fat and carbs) are the easiest way to raise calories...they boost them up fast.
Try to find lists of good fats,carbs and protein....ex: Avocados (if you like that....BOOM! very very high GOOD fat)....Nuts too.
It can be very easy when you know where to look.
You can find many many lists on google.
