Sporadically tracked things using this program, but in July decided to make a serious commitment to a change. Having had success with BFL in the past, I returned to what I know with the first goal to become overweight instead of obese. Since my initial weight was 272, that meant losing 39 lbs. So far, I am down 10. I have set my calorie deficit at a goal of losing 2 lb/week and I am in the 5th week, so I am staying close to target, but have been bouncing the 260-265 range for a week or so. I set my "free day" calorie intake=BMR so I get a little extra leeway.
Anyway, since I have moved to being more active physically, I figured that would mean I would have more questions and I would start posting in the forums so I thought I would introduce myself first.
