I started my journey on 11/1/2016 at 242 lbs. I have been as low as 173 (69 lbs down) but have gained back up to 177. My motivation and drive seems to be fading. I have 22 lbs more to reach goal.

Anyone have tips for getting my MOJO back?

I'm probably not motivated to eat right or work out most days, but I've made it so routine doing anything else would feel abnormal.

Have you considered taking a diet break if you are worn out? Or even slowing your rate of loss?

Your program seems pretty aggressive. Losses get harder to come by close to goal. Also there's the law of diminishing returns. If you got in this because your knees hurt, likely they don't hurt much or even at all now. What is your goal? Why?

Look at all your numbers and calculations like its day #1. Tighten your tracking. You need good plans and good execution. If you aren't following your plan, make one that you will follow. If that means smaller losses, live with it. A plan you won't follow is useless. You need a livable downward trend and time for it to work. Every day on this board people are wrecked because they won't allow for the time.

I think motivation is overrated. Goal requires determination. You're getting there MOJO or no MOJO, just because it's what you decided.

Thanks @88olds!!! You are right. I think I am more lax than before. I need to focus on accuracy as that is the key!

    ONWARD TO 155!!!
