can i depends on the burned calories in charge2? or its inacurate?

Some people find it to be very accurate (I'm in this group). Others have determined it over-estimates or under-estimates their calorie burn. The best way to tell which group you're in is to pay attention to your results over time.2

Find out how accurate it is for you. Walk 5km and record it as a walk. Run 5km and record it as a run. If the calories of the walk are half or less of the run then it might work for you. For me, fitbit gives me the same calories for a run or a walk of equal distance. I would gain weight with both.1
