Frying stuff tends to add a lot of calories, so, it depends. Other than that, I cant see how it would be bad.1

One meal does not determine the healthiness of your diet. Food is not good or bad, it's just food - there is obviously food you want to eat more of if you're trying to maintain good health. There is also more to health than what you eat.
Do you think it's healthy? If not, are you making other healthy choices today? Do you enjoy it? Does it fit your goals? Does eating it mean you will crowd out other foods than may be more beneficial? If so, is that worth it to you today, in this moment?2 -

Won't hurt you, but imitation stuff with names to emulate food you don't want to eat is entertaining.

I have to eat vege today because of prayers. It's a religious thing so yeah0 -
When I was a vegetarian I stopped eating the fake meats because I felt they were just way too processed. Why do you want the vege chicken? To get more protein? Because the Dhaka will have plenty of protein. Maybe have a scoop of rice with the dhaal instead?0

I like the Morningstar nuggets. Sometimes I'll chop up some of the buffalo ones and make a buffalo chicken caesar salad. Nothing wrong with anything in moderation.0
