Hi I have a fit but that obviously syncs my steps with MFP. However, if I do a 40 minute step aerobic do I enter it or is that double dipping so to speak?

Since the step aerobic class is step based, it is not necessary to log it as Fitbit will transfer that information over to MFP.0

I log my exercise on Fitbit and let it sync with mfp. If you do a 30 min workout and log it on Fitbit it will compare the cal burn for the workout to how many cals you were credited for the steps taken during the workout and will only add the difference. So if a workout would give you 200 cals, and Fitbit already gave you 100 cals for the steps, it will only credit you with the additional 100 cals.0
