Hello everyone. I am Cindy. I have struggled to lose weight for some time. I am 44. My blood pressure is extremely high and I have no energy what so ever. I don't have a Dr at this time, but wondering who is a good candidate for the procedure. Any insight would be appreciated.

    What kind of surgery?

That is for your doctors to decide. It depends (probably) on your weight, what you have tried, if they can't get you on track with a dietician, your actual blood pressure and other general health concerns and what type of surgery. But not on the opinion of an online forum (hopefully).

If you're talking about weight loss surgery, a doctor will tell you what is necessary. Usually you have to be at a certain BMI, or have comorbidities that are seriously affecting your health.
