I've lost twenty lbs so far, but am struggling with cravings, any suggestions?

How is your fat intake? When I increased fats in my diet, staying within your calorie limit of course, my cravings largely disappeared. A friend who eats low fat constantly struggles with cravings.

Are you craving because you are depriving yourself if certain foods? Maybe you are not eating enough? It could be for numerous reasons. Please elaborate.

What are you craving? Is there a reason you can't just have a little of what you're craving and make it fit your calories? Is your diet overly restrictive?

I have been craving pastry for a few days. So I went to the Donut Kitchen truck at the farmers market this morning and got a chocolate glazed and a cup of coffee. And I'll still hit my calorie goal for the day AND get my workout in. Win-win :)

Yes, I agree with this. Sometimes you can find some replacement for the cravings, but other times just have what it is, log it, fit it into your daily calories, and move on. If you restrict yourself so much, you will probably end up binging on these cravings. Allow yourself to have it and be done with it.
