Save 100 a day to use at weekends on top of my maintenance calories.

I only drink on the weekends, I just save some calories for the weekend1

Think how much further behind you'd be if you *hadn't* gone to the gym 5 days.
Log what you ate and drank honestly, completely, learn from it and move on.1 -
I find intermittent fasting helpful on weekends when I want to indulge more in a bit of food/drink I skip breakfast and have a light brunch instead which gives me more calories to play with, it won't be suitable for everyone but works for me.
It's helpful in most cases to try and understand why you are going so crazy with food at the weekends if it is an actual binge and not just a little over-indulgence. Some questions to ask yourself would be:- Am I actually bingeing at the weekend?
- If I am, is it because I restrict myself too much during the week?
- Do I have the right calorie allowance/weight loss rate set?
- Can I make small changes to my drinking to reduce calories - lower calorie mixers, switching out an alcoholic drink for a glass of water now and again throughout the night, etc
