40lbs in 3 months

Hey guys, I'm trying to loose 40lbs. I wanna weigh in every Friday! If you'd like you can post too. 3 years ago I weighed 280 and have managed to get down to 180...however i run on very little will power 100% of the time. I don't wanna take another year just for those 40lbs so if you wanna join my 3 month challenge I'll be here posting; I figure if I blog about it maybe it'll give me the strength/motivation to do it.

Im wanting to lose 16kilos in 3 months! I dont know how many pounds that is but i assume it's similar haha1

I'm in...I need SOMETHING to motivate me!! I've fallen off the wagon (actually can't see it anymore...it's off the road and on fire lol) seriously though, I definitely need to try something! So what's the game plan? Do you work out or are you just eating clean? My comittmnent for next week is to stay within my calories by tracking and work out at least 3 times....I'll will post my weight loss on Friday;)1

I'm in with this too. I have quite a bit I want to lose but my main focus at the moment is to lose another 20 to get down to the weight I was 5 years ago.0

You're looking to lose 3-3.5 pounds a week, which would require a deficit of 1500+ calories every day. This is not healthy at your size. Realistically, a year is what it's going to take to reach your goal so you aren't sacrificing muscle mass or your health.1
