Most weight lost in a week

So I got off track, I just moved to California, I have gotten back on track with exercise and work, but my eating habits have gone uo. I don't feel confident and I just want to get back to where I was a few months ago. I have gone up 10 pounds, mostly water RETENTION because I cab feel the weight in my thighs and butt. Please help me. I want to lose as much water weight as I can ASAP. I am gonna go on a paddle board date and I want to feel confident in my swimsuit!

The most confident you can be on a paddle board is NOT dizzy and tired from too much deficit trying to get a too quick weight loss or dehydration trying to lose water weight fast.4
