Feeling Full?

Hey guys! I was hoping one of you could help me out.. Lately i have been staying under my calorie goal but I feel extremely full before i can reach it properly. (Ex. today i would have needed to eat around 300 more calories to net 1200 ) I have noticed i also gain weight if i am feeling very full but am still under my calorie goal! Could someone explain this?

    I have a hard time meeting the minimum too. The things I eat are so filling. My plate is filled full every meal.

    I don't want to force myself to eat.

    You could have an avocado or some nuts to up the calories without feeling like you are stuffing.

    300cals can be attained in a very low volume, about 3tbsp peanut butter, should not be too filling at all. Or2tbsp and some milk
