First determine if you should lose more weight, and whether 1200 calories is right for you. What's your height and current weight?

Weight loss slows down as you lose weight, as the natural consequence of your body's smaller fat deposits. To lose weight, you need a consistent calorie deficit. With a lot to lose, a consistent calorie deficit can be achieved with broad strokes and guesstimation. Now you have smaller margins of error, and to continue losing weight, you need to be more accurate. The days of lazy logging, cheat meals and measuring cups are over. Now it's time for the food scale and the double checking.

When you weigh yourself, be aware of day-to-day "water weight" fluctuations, which are not fat and bear no witness to your accuracy in logging, but are now outgrowing any changes you can see with weekly weigh-ins. Use the feedback the scales give you as information, not moral judgement. Irrational behavior such as throwing in the towel of restricting food intake or exercising more (unless you want to exercise more of course), is not going to be effective.

Are you factoring in things such as oil used when cooking? I was shocked to learn there is like 120 calories in a regular tablespoon of olive oil!
