So I just purchased this "smart scale" that is supposed to tell you your BMI, your body fat percentage, water weight, etc. I am 6'2" and am 195lbs. I lift 3 days a week and do HIIT once every 2 weeks and occasionally run for about 30 minutes. This scale says I have 27% body fat and that I'm "obese". Has anyone else bought this and wtf??

I personally would not trust a scale that claims to measure those things.

We used to have a scale at the gym where I worked that consistently said I was 50%bf. I have onen now that seems closer to reality, but they are never super accurate.

Yeah, I've decided I just own a $26 scale so at least it works for that and I didn't spend a ton. Thanks!
