Do you struggle with diary posting consistency? Do you struggle with staying at, or under, calorie limits?

How do you do it??

Hey Becky, welcome!, I find routine helps and logging a day or so in advance to help stay on track, measuring everything, google is my best friend when it comes to finding low calorie/low fat alternatives, I did struggle at first I would find myself going over to keep myself satisfied so I added exercise and I was allowed more calories due to it, after a month or so of logging it got easier, doing some research and experimenting with foods, adding herbs and spices to bland tasting foods helps so much, I find that I have to log in everyday as it helps me stay motivated and well... I don't trust myself just going by "gut instincts" I wish you all the best :)

I log everything ahead of time so I know what I'm working with.

ditto above. I usually log on a Friday before I do my weekly shop so I can plan my meals for the next week. If I don't log a day in advance, I end up waking up and just being like "f**k it, give me that sugary calorie-laden cereal".

    Another vote for pre logging

Log meals in advance, eat only what you logged
