I Don't know exactly what a mentor would get out of this or what they exactly do. Im a beginner i dont mind if i remain a beginner for a few months or even a year as long as i dont overload myself with excercise to the point it controls my life, if you were to motivate me you would be second place to the crack of dawn.
Your free to suggest what my limits are and choose my goals but if you can tell me what to expect with my present routines then that'll save me from getting dissapointed at any unfavourable results.
ADOPT A NOOB TODAY! And i guess you might get satisfaction in the future knowing the person you mentored is maintaining these healthy habits you helped provide or guide etc.
