Been on and off the weights for years, done my fair stint of riding, running, and lifting of those circular things in the gym, really im built to lift weights. Currently training 5-6 days a week, each session about 1 + 1/2hrs long and on a calorie in-take of 2,100k a day, with at least 200g of protein in that diet. Lost about 2 1/2 stone in the last 3 months since I hit the gym again and lost about 2 inches of my waist, but maintaining a steady weight of about 16 1/2 stone..... Must of it muscle now. There is always room to get rid of fat ;-) Got good gains every week on the weights and loving the gym lifestyle again, current resting heart rate at about 43bpm. Goal in the gym, to leg press 1000kg's!!!!
