Looking for supportive MFP friends!!! :)

So I'm one of those whose done 'My Fitness Pal' in the past, off and on for years. Losing a little bit of weight and then quiting. Part of that is because I wanted results quick! I'm young 20 years old, and I was too strict on myself, my food limits were impossible to follow through with.
This time I'm going to go slower, eat better, and not expect results right away.
I'm 5'8" and last time I checked I weighed 193lbs.
I'm looking to lose 20-40 lbs, by eating the right amount of calories, trying to eat Heathers foods, and exercising more.
I would love to have more friends on here to keep me acountable. Add me if you'd like the same thing!:)

    Feel free to add me. I have also been here before although I am not here to lose weight, but rather maintain. Glad you are looking at things differently. Slow and steady brings infinitely better results, as does making changes you can live with for the rest of your life.
