    To think iv lived my whole life thinking I'm the only person who liked the salty sweet combo. Used to buy a packet of crisps n a bar of chocolate. Take a bite of choc quickly followed with a salty crisp & id love the flavour combo. Never met anyone else who ever liked this I thought I was alone ! Lol all these years

    Are you one of those people that likes the Chicago mix of pop corn? I think it's caramel and cheddar mixed together.

    Never actually heard of Chicago mix popcorn but I don't like the sound of cheddar n caramel just something about it doesn't sound particularly nice. But, I could be wrong since iv never tried it.

    Definitely try it, it's amazing! That combo may have contributed a few lbs to my weight gain.

    i agree. i really do think the fries in ice cream debate, along with the cereal in ice cream debate, are the defining discussions of this generation.

    when the historians write of these years, and what lead to the war, they will point to the images of fries in ice cream as the first shot fired.

    for the record, i don't think there's really anything wrong with you if you put fries in ice cream- at least those of who don't can die with our honor intact.

    Damn, bro. All I said was I dip my fries in mayo...

    I can't pass up a salty/sweet combo - peanuts or popcorn with M&Ms is a favorite. Oddly, I can have all of those things in the house without grazing, but if I make it a point to mix them I don't suggest anyone else try to grab a handful.

    Salty popcorn and Maltesers...

    I eat my peas with honey;
    I've done it all my life.
    It makes the peas taste funny.
    But it keeps them on my knife.

    I once met a man
    who ate peas with honey
    He was a nice guy
    and really was funny
