Sardines.

I was wondering is there a limit to how many sardines you should eat a week. They are extremely low on tje murcery chart and I actually really like them and from what I read there extremely healthy for you.

    There are no salt added sardines and the ones in tomato sauce are reasonable with the sodium too.

    As many as you desire and can fit into your calorie budget. I love me some good sardines! They an easy, cheap, healthy source of protein, and they're fun to eat!

    Eat as many sardines as you want. But be aware that no single food is "extremely healthy". A wide variety of foods is extremely healthy. It's also extremely healthy to eat food you enjoy. Yes, you can do that and not eat too much. In fact, when you allow yourself to enjoy eating, the urge to eat too much just dissipates.
