Right macros for weight loss

I'm a 28 year old female, 168 cm tall and weigh 76 Kgs. I'm trying to lose fat and gain some muscle. I workout 3 times a week, a mix of strength training and cardio. I want to know the right macros to achieve my goals. I plan to eat 1200-1400 calories a day. After reading around and trying out different diets, I have come up with the following macros. I just want to know if this looks good for a weight loss diet. Would love to know from everyone what worked for them as well.
Carbs: 20%
Fat : 40%
Protein: 40%

Calories are what matter for weight loss, but eating sufficient protein, along with a progressive lifting program, will help maintain your muscles in a deficit.
If you've got a decent amount of fat to lose, focus on that goal first.5
