Im deffinetly working toward this challenge. Losing 30lbs by Christmas will put me 12lbs above my goal weight. I started at 186 and im currently bouncing between 166 and 168.

I'd LOVE to lose 26 lbs by Christmas.... but I really don't know if I can. I think I sabotage myself in that thinking I've never lost 1.5lbs per week. But I will try my best!!!!2

Starting weight in May was 177. Last weight which was last month or first week in August was 165. My ultimate goal is 130. I only weigh in once a month at a doctors office and today is the day. Let's send out light thoughts this morning!!!. Thanks1

I usually will go off my diet for a day or two then fast for a half a day to a whole day and that usually breaks it for me.0
