Depends on your goals, but here is a link to great lifting resources, a good number of them free. It includes plans for bodyweight, dumbbells, and barbells. I started with the beginner "Aworkoutroutine" as it is simple and focuses on the main compound lifts, but people have used many of the other programs as well.

Additionally, YouTube has some great videos on lifting form. They also have free workouts (Fitness Blender, Blogilates, etc) that while are not heavy lifting, can build some strength, but without knowing your goals, I am not sure if that is what you are looking for.
I know there are some good kettle bell resources out there, but I don't know them (sorry).0 -
Lots of options on this site as well. Agree with the previous post about youtube, you can put together your own plan with a lot of that or just roll with what they have.

If you want to try strength training by bodyweight training (i.e. no equipment required), check out darebee.com. They have loads of fun workouts and programs, and it's all free.1
