Saturated fat tracking vs mono and polyunsaturated fat

So for the most part saturated fat is bad for you polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats that come from walnuts olive oil and so on are good for you and heart healthy no cholesterol so why in the nutrition profile of daily food logs does it show a goal of 13% saturated but nothing for poly and monounsaturated fat that's just ludicrous...! And then when I do eat poly and monounsaturated fats it shows I've gone over... wrong...!

The saturated fat recommendation is the upper limit...there is currently no health organization recommendation for mono/poly fats...MFP's recommendations are based on current health organizations recommendations...and since there aren't any, it's N/A or value zero...it doesn't mean you shouldn't eat them...it's just based on current recommendations from world health organizations.5
