Good Clean Guilt-Free Recipes Using Imitation Flavors?

HI All, :)

So, I discovered these crazy things called Imitation extracts in different flavors! (Uh, I know they've been around forever but they've never really struck my interest until recently) Anyways, I bought Maple syrup flavor, Butter flavor, & Orange flavor. Anyone have any ideas in what to use these is? Like the butter extract in my oats? or is that weird? What about the orange??
