Terrible Plateau

Hello Guys/Gals

I am a vegan, but document my daily intake to a T.

I have dropped from 240 to 190, and my goal in 175
I am 5'9 with medium build.

I do not ingest anything with wheat, white flour, semolina, gluten or animal of any source,
and no artificial ingredients. I have gone for months on a plateau of 190, unable
to lose.

Sometimes my carb/sugar intake were higher due to vegan bars and fruit, but have been adjusted, and my protein was low,
but both were rectified.
