Hi all!

I'm following A 80% plant based diet, no meat, no poultry, no milk. Still eat eggs, fish and greek yogurt.
Have many food allergies and this approach is best for my health.

Working to change body comp & reduce body fat.
Interested in connecting with others who have same interest.
