I never mentioned i was on a 2000 calorie diet. that was an instance.
The fact is you can loose weight on whatever you eat as long as you consume less calories but tell that to guy who had about 2000 calories or less to eat to achieve his goal.

That was YOUR quote. So are we to assume that's false now? If it's inaccurate, the what was your actual calorie count per day to lose 2lbs a week and how much did you weigh when you started?
also i am not 5'7 i am 6'1 maybe you will need my DL to prove that.lol.
Didn't say you were 5'7". I said you look to be be at least 5'7" or over. So that means you need even more calories than I do to just maintain your current weight. And for me that would be well over 2700 calories with no exercise.
you seem really quick to come to conclusion and missing the whole point even after i tried to clarify.
I don't believe my conclusions are inaccurate. Feel free to point out where I've been mistaken so far.
I believe you can make smarter choices of what you need to eat when you are in a calorie deficit that also a fact.
Sure you can make smarter choices. That's a choice. You stated it "MATTERS WHAT YOU EAT" and that's just not true when going for fat loss. What matter first and foremost is being in a calorie deficit regardless of how you're doing it. If what you ate really mattered, then people who ate only processed foods SHOULDN'T be able to lose body fat and that's not the case.
And why do you have to stay full all day? really? can you go to bed hungry and get a good night sleep.lol
Really. Many people in the world just have a decent dinner and sleep just fine. They don't have to be FULL ALL DAY. If you don't like feeling hungry, then volume eating of low calorie food works for you. But lots of people eat only within an 8 hour window or less and do just fine because they acquired the behavior to do it (intermittent fasting). And many have to eat calorie dense foods to meet their calorie goal to do it. And that's likely not just going to be vegetables.

Think he was using the "tell that to a guy...2000 calories" as an example.

He didn't specify that what you eat matters for fat loss - that is being assumed, like a lot of other issues in the comments in this thread. I believe he later specified that he means what you eat matters for energy, appetite & satiety, and a caloric deficit matters for weight loss.

I'm not assuming anything. This is the direct quote.
Before you choose a workout plan, you need to figure out diet plan. Most important thing is WHAT TO EAT AND HOW MUCH TO EAT. Its the most important fact to consider during any fat loss process.
I counter that with my responses above. Hopefully he'll come back and tell me how much he was consuming to lose 2lbs a week.

Yeah, and he clarified later the "what" was regarding appetite & other factors contributing to successful weight loss, but whatever. This all seems super nit-picky to me, with lots of assumptions. But have at it...hope you get all the answers you're looking for.

Like pre workout, protein and BCAA which really aren't needed at all for weight loss but used because it's like "biblical" in gyms all over the country and deemed broscience by the science community?
You possibly don't see it, but I'm MORE THAN SURE that the OP is basically talking about "clean" eating as a diet plan. He has responded so I can't guarantee that, but let's see if he responds back. It's not a bad plan. It's just not a plan that HAS to be followed to lose weight.
