Longans. 2 calories per fruit and they taste like candy. And at that calorie price I can even mindlessly munch.

  • You can make chocolate ice cream and add it with fat-free 100% Greek Yogurt! This is what you'll need:

    1) Greek Yogurt
    2) 1 tablespoon 100% Cocoa Powder (unprocessed, no added sugar, the real thing)
    3) 6 packs of Truvia (or stevia)
    4) 1 Tablespoon Butter
    5) 3 Tablespoon milk
    6) Almond Milk

This is actually really yogurt, but I like to pretend it's ice cream. So you mix together 1 tablespoon of Cocoa Powder with 3 tablespoons of milk until it is mixed and distilled. These two ingredients don't mix together naturally so it will take a minute or two to have it "mix". Then add 3 tablespoons of milk and 3 packs of Truvia. Mix it, put it in the microwave for 15-30 seconds and take it out.

In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, almond milk (whatever amount you want for it to be silky), and Truvia. Add the chocolate liquid with the yogurt and it tastes amazing! I hope this helps :)

Weight Watchers brand deserts are really good they are not low calorie but actual serving size. they take care of my sweet tooth without having too much.

The peanut butter cup sundae is so good, and at 140 calories I'd say they're low cal.

I like to get gluten free/vegan brownie mixes from whole foods or co-op and then add bananas and other healthy stuff to it. Bananas and chocolate are delicious! One brownie has about 200 calories with the mix that i used.
  • So many great ideas!! Thanks so much...
