calculate your MBR and TDEE.
Track all your food and stay between MBR and TDEE.
Please, you dont go under MBR because it is really dangerous.0 -
how lucky to be living in Italy - which part? just think of all that yummy food! well, just don't eat so much of it. stick to your daily calories and have patience. I am in Melbourne, Australia. what a big world it is!!0

Dieting in Italy is maybe easier than in other parts of the world.
If you cook your own food it is almost the same of course, but if you eat out a lot, the things that you find are normally healthier.
Where do you live?

Try and break the yo-up cycle by not cutting too much too fast. Aim for a small deficit (max 20% off TDEE) and aim to lose around 1lb per week.0
