Round two for me with this program. A year ago I used this program and lost almost 50 pds. Medical reasons and lots of time off of work I have gained some weight back. Looking for support and lots of support to give. We are all here for our own reasons and our own pace and goals but we all need the same encouragement and support. Im here for anyone that needs a friend during this journey... Good luck and remember your not alone!
