How do you log "a gigantic squeeze", "a crap ton" etc?

    Quick add calories and estimate.
Pick a similar item from the database and estimate.

Obviously less precise but that's the choice you make.

What are you eating? I've never seen serving sizes like that lol.

Your goals should dictate how precise you are being with your logging. When i'm cutting everything gets weighed and logged in grams. When I don't have super specific physique goals and therefore don't need to be super precise, for non high calorie items (ex. ketchup) I try to imagine what a serving is (a packet of ketchup for example ) and then I try to overestimate to be on the safe side.

There are multiple entries for binge or varieties thereof in the database to satisfy all your " a crap ton" wishes. I didn't look for anything measurable in squeezes, but I am sure you would find something.

LOL, I do really wonder about certain things that are unmeasurable, it's like you end up just not eating it

Weigh the container before and after putting whatever on your food? Then you know!
