@johnriii some ppl don't agree with me but I personally cut back on salt intake I use Mrs dash seasoning it has no salt I don't drink soda I drink water only. I'll eat some thing like boneless skinless chicken breast and mix vegetables or fish and side salad for example. Fruit as well.1
