I made this with some stuff around the kitchen.
For the bread crumbs I just crumbled a slice of whole wheat bread.
Tossed in about 4oz of whipped Greek yogurt. About a quarter cup of shredded Cheese.
Add some spices. I did black pepper, ground red pepper, chili powder and garlic powder.
Try to evenly coat the top and bottom. It does not stick very well.
Baked at 350 for 25 mins.
Very good very moist.
