Hi everyone I'm Ellie.
I'm a type one diabetic and since diagnosis I have gained a shameful 2 stone. I really need to get this weight off so I feel healthier and my sugar levels become more in range.
I have been trying to lose weight for three months now to little success. I'm sure being a type one diabetic makes it 10 x harder! Especially with hypos and hyperglycaemia.
Start weight: 17 stone 12 lbs.
Current weight: 17 stone 4 lbs.
8 lbs down people!!!!
