I am new to the glycemic index way of eating. I was hoping that of those who are on MFP and have experience with eating this way would be able to point me in the right direction.
I am looking to invest in some glycemic index cookbooks but want ones that have the nutritional information breakdown for each recipe included. Does that cookbook even exist? Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
