Today marks one year since I decided to make a change, first went vegetarian which cut out almost all fast food, and a little while after that gave up soda and started counting calories and using MFP daily for logging. Have definitely had ups and downs, in fact in July I only lost 3lbs instead of my 10lb goal due to getting off track, but back on the right path now!
Anyway..
Height 5'8
SW: 308lbs
CW: 200.5lbs
GW: 140lbs
Still a ways to go but going in the right direction, all by calorie counting!
