Starting again

Hi Everyone!
My name is Gerry and I am a 61 year old woman. I have a wonderful life, great husband and family, interesting jobs one paid, several volunteer. My husband and I are lucky enough to be able to travel and enjoy our life, inching ever so slowly toward retirement.
I have had a weight problem for many years. In the past, I have been able to lose 20 to 25 pounds a couple of times, but it never lasts. I am starting yet again and trying to do what is right for me this time. I would like to lose 30-35 pounds. Right now I am working on concentrating on just feeling better, upping my movement, adding more fresh fruits and veggies to my day, and having a better attitude, i.e. not that I am depriving myself, but that I am doing what is good for me, and will make me feel better, both physically and emotionally.
I am just getting started in solidifying my goals, which I think is important. I am very social, and would love to hear from any of you! All for now, more later.
