What's Your Current Motivational Mantra or Meditation?

I found I needed this today. My reminder to continue practicing self-acceptance, while working toward positive change.

    ETA: That's mine. I read that on the forums a couple of weeks ago and it really stuck with me, but in the most empowering way. Not even sure how to explain it without coming off deprecating.
