Insanity Max:30 - calories burned?

Actually, I am pretty sure this question applies to all home workouts. I'm not looking for a specific count but how do you even get a rough estimate?

Except that HR isn't a meaningful proxy for calorie expenditure in situations where HR is non steady state, and potentially reaching into the anaerobic range.1 -

I don't track my heart rate at all. I've read a lot about the inaccuracies and how my heart beating fast (like from lifting heavy) will reflect as more calories burned than I actually burned.1 -

I burn anywhere from 300 to 350 depending on max 30 workout. I'm 173 cm 75 kg.0
