I'm not sure what to put for my activity level?? I walk between 8000-10000 steps a day.

    If you have an activity tracker that connects to MFP, most people will go with sedentary and let MFP adjust the calories. If it doesn't connect, set your activity level based on what you do outside of exercise, then log any purposeful walking you do.

    I change the channel on the tv myself. Wait.. I don't own a tv.. scratch that!

    I believe you should go for "sedentary" and add your walking as exercise! There are apps you can use that count your steps and are connected to MFP.
