    I used it to make a vegan buttercream frosting. I thought it was delicious.

    I have never used it in cooking, but I have and do use it for my skin. It is supposed to reduce stretch marks I don't know if it works but why not try. I have sensitive skin and I can only use it once a week for deep moisturizing or it clogs my pours. I also use it between my thighs when wearing dresses or skirts and it stops chafing. I hope that was not TMI.
