Hi Guys!
My name is Francesca, I'm 26 years old girl from Italy :) (sorry if my english it's not good..... or if I do language mistakes!)
I discovered this site looking for the way and the motivation to get to my goal: a healthy weight!
In these years I did not do sports (due to a knee injury and why ... I did not want), and I have gained 10 kg (22lbs)
It's not much but I do not feel comfortable with my body.
My knee will never heal completely but I decided to start a healthier lifestyle and to do some sports to get back in shape.
I often look at your photos because "give me the charge", especially in the worst moments.

so .... no excuses! it's time to get fit!!!

I will be very happy of the condivedere my progress with you

    You sound like me. I've had two bad knee injuries and put on a lot of weight, but this site has helped a lot. The app is great and I cant believe how much weight I've lost already
